Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort is more than just another Golf Resort. Sycuan is a community of people working together toward a common goal. When you work for Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort, you are a part of the Sycuan Tribal Development Corporation family of enterprises. In addition to the Resort, Sycuan operates a Casino, Fire Department, Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic, Day Care Center, Tribal Police Department, Learning Center, and Kumeyaay Community College. At the Resort we currently employ over 240 people in a variety of positions, including hospitality, food service, golf operations, tennis club, accounting, facilities, and landscaping.

DIRECTOR OF ROOM/REVENUE MANAGEMENT Provides leadership and guidance to the rooms division (front desk, reservations, security, facilities, housekeeping, and MIS) ensuring consistent compliance of resort standards while maximizing revenue. Will also be responsible for short and long term as well as day to day operations of the rooms division. Five to seven plus years of experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably a golf resort. 1 TBD Full Time/Exempt
***BANQUET SERVER Set up, serve & clean after private banquet functions as stated on Banquet Event Orders. Banquet server experience required. Customer service & food handling required. 1 $8.00/hr. plus gratuities On Call/Non Exempt
***LOUNGE BARTENDER Prepare & serve drinks to patrons of the resort lounge and restaurant in a timely & friendly manner. Keep bar area neat and clean; wash glassware & utensils, serve food and provide customer service. Previous experience required, preferably in a hotel/resort environment. 1 $8.00/hr. plus gratuities Part Time/Non Exempt

OUTSIDE SERVICE ATTENDANT Provides customer service to golf, resort guests and members. Maintains adequate supply of golf cars to staging area by being aware of day’s business and following direction from supervisors and professional staff. Ensures cleanliness of golf cars and cart storage area. Valid driver license required & clean driving record. 4 $8.25/hr. Part Time/Non Exempt
PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT For Housekeeping Department. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas and hotel for guest use. Other duties include transporting linen and supplies to guest room floors from laundry and housekeeping. Deep cleaning public areas, rest rooms and guest rooms. Performing assign duties with attention to detail while exhibiting a courteous and positive attitude. Must have a valid driver’s license. 1 $9.00/hr. Full Time/Non Exempt

***All positions related to the Food & Beverage Department are required to obtain a Food Handler’s card prior to start of employment.

Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort is open 365 days a year.
