Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort is more than just another Golf Resort. Sycuan is a community of people working together toward a common goal. When you work for Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort, you are a part of the Sycuan Tribal Development Corporation family of enterprises. In addition to the Resort, Sycuan operates a Casino, Fire Department, Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic, Day Care Center, Tribal Police Department, Learning Center, and Kumeyaay Community College. At the Resort we currently employ over 240 people in a variety of positions, including hospitality, food service, golf operations, tennis club, accounting, facilities, and landscaping.

Maintains adequate supply of golf cars to staging area by being aware of day’s business and following direction from supervisors and professional staff. Ensures cleanliness of golf cars and cart storage area. Valid driver license required & clean driving record. 4 $8.25/hr. Part Time/Non Exempt
FRONT DESK/RESERVATIONS AGENT Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all resort reservations, changes, cancellations, and confirmations. Must possess strong customer service & problem solving skills.  Duties to include review room availability, run department reports needed for shifts, balance daily financials using company systems, handle guest room requests, assign rooms to guests accordingly. Perform check-in & check-out functions.  Previous hotel front office/reservations experience desired.  General office duties. Previous customer service & cash handling experience required. 2 $11.75/hr. Full Time/Non Exempt
GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT Clean rooms, lobby, lounges, restrooms, and other areas. Make beds according to company standards, change and carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Keep storage areas clean and well stocked. Empty waist baskets and recycle bins. 2 $9.00/hr. On-Call/Non Exempt
***LINE COOK AM SHIFT Prepare and cooks food. Follow recipes according to standards and projected on the restaurant menu and/or catering requests. 1 year experience as a line cook in a high volume restaurant. Customer service experience. Culinary degree desirable. 2 $12.00/hr. Full Time/Non Exempt
***BANQUET/BARTENDER SERVER Prepare and serve drinks to patrons at banquet/catering events. Set up, serve & clean after private banquet functions as stated on Banquet Event Orders. Banquet server experience required. Customer service & food handling required. 1 $8.00/hr. plus gratuities On Call/Non Exempt

GOLF SHOP ASSISTANT Responsibilities include guest service, answering incoming calls, arrange/book guest tee times, check in guests, operate cash drawer, assign golf carts, and sell Pro Shop merchandise.  Must have general knowledge of golf industry and cash handling experience.  EZ-Links POS experience preferred. 1 $9.50/hr. Part Time/Non Exempt
UTILITY Properly cleans and sanitizes al dishes, glassware, utensils and pots/pans. Responsible for maintaining dish room & dish machine. Assists w/ cleaning and setting up of other areas of the restaurant, kitchen and banquets.  Consistent heavy lifting, regular pushing and pulling of equipment & furniture. 1 $8.00/hr. Full Time/Non Exempt

***All positions related to the Food & Beverage Department are required to obtain a Food Handler’s card prior to start of employment.

Sycuan Golf & Tennis Resort is open 365 days a year.
